Executive Chef

George is a Montgomery County native whose passion for cooking is deeply rooted in his upbringing. Inspired by his mother, father, and grandmother — all of whom shared a love for food and family — George learned early on that cooking was not just about ingredients, but about connection. His mother, his first teacher, instilled in him the belief that cooking is an extension of the heart, and that food has the power to bring people together and spark real conversations.

George’s pursuit of excellence extends beyond the kitchen. An accomplished athlete, he earned All-County honors in football, basketball, and baseball at Seneca Valley and Northwest High Schools. He went on to hone his culinary skills at the renowned Florida Culinary Institute in West Palm Beach, where he developed a deep love for flavors that combine Southern roots with the vibrant cuisines of New Orleans, Latin America, and the Mediterranean.

A firm believer in humility and continuous growth, George has embraced a variety of roles throughout his career, always striving to learn and improve. He has worked as a private chef for high-profile clients and has led prestigious kitchens, including Le Diplomate and Kitchen & Kocktails. In every role, George has cultivated a strong work ethic, a deep respect for the craft, and a commitment to mentoring his team to deliver consistently exceptional food.

Alongside his beautiful wife Vanessa, George instills these values in their three children: Nicole, Jaylen, and Ace. Together, they share a commitment to family, growth, and connection.

At On St. Elmo, George sees the kitchen as a place not just for cooking, but for creating connection. As he often says, “Food is my love language to the world.” Under his leadership, On St. Elmo will serve dishes that speak to the heart, bringing people together through flavor, warmth, and an unforgettable dining experience.
