A Montgomery County native, Michael’s career spans over three decades. He began as a promoter in the D.C. and Montgomery County area, where his grassroots tactics and hands-on approach allowed him to build a loyal following. That momentum led him to open a series of successful nightclubs, lounges, bars, and restaurants, including Element Night Club, Insomnia, FUR, Lotus Lounge, Tattoo Bar, Midtown Partplex, Dirty Martini Restaurant, Dirty Bar, and Romeo & Juliet Garden Café, among others.

Known for his deep love of people and his connection to the community, Michael is the first to walk the streets, understand local needs, and shape concepts that are both desired and impactful.
